What's New At Sew Inspired

Want to make this adorable tuffet? Instructor Denise Dayton will be in our studio for four sessions starting in January to teach students how to make one! Students will be required to purchase an upholstery kit and pattern from Denise, and Sew Inspired will have a variety of legs to order prior to class. Brenda Walton's debut collection for Blend Fabrics is called Flora & Fauna, a nostalgic mix of nineteenth century florals and charming vintage imagery. It is a treasure trove of layered botanical illustrations and softly aged textures complimented by romantic calligraphy and elegant flourishes. 

We've restocked a few bolts by Alison Glass from her Ex Libris and Sun Print collections! 

We've also got Marsha McCloskey's newest collection for Clothworks called Chocolate & Cherry. The collection features elegant florals, dots and geometric patterns in beautiful reds, creams, pinks and browns. We also have her Massachusetts Cross and Crown quilt made from this collection kitted, ready for you to start sewing.

The Snow Day collection by Maude Asbury for Blend Fabrics is a chilly wonderland featuring parades of polar bears, penguins, seals and fish in blue, pink and grey. Cozy igloos, snowy forests and versatile triangle prints will provide endless sewing possibilities!

Snippets, Sarah Fielke's second collection for Windham Fabrics, is a collection for your sewing room! Crafters and sewists, quilters and dressmakers alike, we all love a collection to reflect the tools of our trade. The large, funky designs and coordinating spots make this fabric perfect for bag-making, storage baskets, skirts, sewing accessories and quilts. Get stitching!

With sherbet colors and artwork evocative of the seaside, Sunnyside by Sara Franklin for Windham Fabrics will be sure to brighten your day. This collection hits that sweet spot of fun, yet sophistication -- perfect for that 'tween granddaughter, perhaps?

 Daisy Splash by Jane Dixon for Andover Fabrics features her designs that are both contemporary and timeless, sophisticated yet whimsical. The collection's prints are mixed in scale and design, and perfect for bags, apparel and quilts, of course!

It's never too early for Halloween! Echo Park Paper Co. has released another Chillingworth collection with Andover Fabric, featuring spooky yet playful imagery of skulls, bats, text and all things Halloween. The collection features two skeleton panels, one in a cream background, and another in an orange.

Here's what's new at the shop!

Cori Dantini's newest collection for Blend Fabrics, The Makers, is in store and it's absolutely gorgeous! The collection features light-hearted depictions of sewing, knitting, painting and other favorite pasttimes in fabulous floral and novel blenders in a palette of pink, blue, green and yellow. We also have a lap-sized quilt kitted up!

Sentimental Studios has released their third Summer Breeze collection with Moda. The beautiful line of fabrics features lovely florals in blues and yellows that make you wish for summer!

Gatsby's Flora by Gerri Robinson for Red Rooster is a romantic floral collection with a soft, lovely vintage feel. It features roses, stripes and paisley in soft blues, beiges and creams that would be perfect for home decor, apparel and purses.

Last but definitely not least, we have some new bolts of Cotton + Steel in stock! The new fabrics are from their Fall collection and feature 100% cottons, double gauze and cotton / linen canvas for quilts, totes, apparel and so much more!
